Use the suppositories a day before having sex to freshen up your vagina and enjoy more intimacy with your partner. After sex, use it to balance your pH since sex can throw off your pH balance.

The Balm: Olea europaea (olive) fruit oil, cannabis sativa (hemp seed) oil, vitis vinifera (grapeseed) oil, beesewax, hydrastasis canadensis (goldenseal), symphytum officinale (comfrey root), calendula extract, marshmallow root, avocado oil, organic honey, propolis extract, carnuba wax, vitamin E, lavendula angustifolia (lavendar) oil, grapefruit seed extract.

The Vaginal suppositories: 

Boric Acid NF 600 mg, organic aloe vera 130 mg, apple cider vinegar 20mg, and probiotic CFU 8 billion CFUs** (50 mg) lactobacillus acidophilus strain: LA-02.
