How do I sign up for a subscription?
It's easy: Click on the product that you would like to add to your routine and click on the Subscribe and Save option, choose your delivery frequency, click add to cart, go to checkout, and voilà! Follow the same steps for all the products you want to add to your routine.

Of course! You can customize your subscription order by product, quantity, and delivery frequency.
How can I skip a delivery?
To skip an upcoming subscription order, please visit the'Manage My Subscription'section within your account and click the'View Details', and next click on the'Manage Upcoming Orders'to skip the entire order. The subscription will now reflect your next frequency date.
How can I change my delivery frequency?
To modify the delivery frequency for a subscription item, please visit the'Manage My Subscription'section within your account. To change the delivery frequency for an individual subscription item, click on the'Change Frequency'link under the item you would like to modify and select your desired frequency from the dropdown menu. You will receive a confirmation notice that your frequency was successfully updated.
What types of payments do you accept?
All valid credit + debit cards are accepted. Alternative payment methods such as Shop Pay and Afterpay are not accepted for subscription orders.
How can I change my payment method?
To edit your payment method, please visit the 'Manage My Subscription' section within your account and click the 'View Details', and next click on the 'Payment Information,' edit, and save changes to update your card info. The subscription will now reflect your next frequency date.

How can I pause or cancel my subscription?
To pause a subscription item, please visit the ' Manage My Subscriptions' section within your account and click the 'Pause' link under the 'Subscription Status' to the right or under (for mobile users) the item you wish to pause.
To cancel a subscription item, please visit the 'Manage My Subscriptions' page within your account, click the "View details" link,' next click on the 'Cancel Subscription' link to the right or under (for mobile users) the item you wish to cancel. You'll be prompted to confirm this action; your subscription will be canceled, and no future orders will be placed. You will receive an email notification confirming this action. Please allow up to 24 hours for any modifications or cancellations to be processed.
