Kushae Premiere Exfoliating Scrub

Yes. Every Kushae product is formulated by an OB/GYN with sensitive, intimate skin in mind, free from fragrance, parabens, and harsh chemicals that can throw off your natural balance. If you have a specific allergy or skin condition, it's always a good idea to check the ingredient list or talk to your provider before trying something new.

Most Kushae products, like our wash and deodorant spray, are designed for daily use as part of your normal routine. Some products, like boric acid suppositories, are meant for more targeted, short-term use; check the product page for specific usage guidance, or take the quiz to get a routine that's right for your body.

Your vagina naturally maintains a slightly acidic pH to keep things balanced and comfortable. Things like soap, sweat, sex, and your period can throw that off. “pH-balanced” means a product is formulated to work with your body's natural pH, not against it, so you're supporting your body's balance, not disrupting it.

It depends on what's behind it. For everyday freshness, our Gentle 2-N-1 Foaming Wash and Feminine Deodorant Spray are a great place to start. If the odor feels stronger, different, or comes with other symptoms like itching or discharge, it may be related to pH or bacterial balance, our Boric Acid Suppositories can help support that. Still not sure? Take the 2-minute quiz and we'll point you in the right direction.

A simple after-sex routine can help you feel fresh and balanced: cleanse with our Gentle 2-N-1 Foaming Wash, and if you tend to feel thrown off afterward, Boric Acid Suppositories can help support your pH. If irritation is more your concern, our Protective Skin Balm is great for soothing sensitive skin. Take the quiz to build a routine around what your body needs.

Many of our products are gentle enough for pregnancy and postpartum use, but we always recommend checking with your OB/GYN or healthcare provider first — especially for boric acid suppositories, which are not recommended during pregnancy. Your provider knows your situation best.

Boric Acid suppositories are commonly used to help support healthy vaginal pH, which can help with odor, discomfort, and recurring imbalance. They're not a replacement for medical treatment, if you're dealing with persistent symptoms, it's a good idea to check in with your provider.

If you're not sure, start with the basics: our Gentle 2-N-1 Foaming Wash is a great daily foundation for most people. From there, it really depends on what you're feeling, odor, dryness, irritation, or something else. The fastest way to find your starting point is to take the 2-minute quiz, it's built to match you with a routine based on your body and your concerns.

Think of it in layers: start with a daily cleanser (like our wash), add a deodorant or odor-support product if needed, and layer in targeted support, like boric acid suppositories or skin balm, based on what you're experiencing. Our routine bundles are pre-built combinations designed to work together, or take the quiz to get a routine made specifically for you.
